Activistic needed to explain their new product DonateMate: an efficient, hassle free way of donating to charity via your mobile phone with just a few clicks.
After working closely with Fiona Grindlay-Kuzion at Activistic to help develop the script, I then art directed, designed and animated the sequence. A short promo for a forthcoming creative hub based in Shoreditch called Space. The idea is based around different entities coming together to create new connections. Working together with Mark at MAKEWOW, I co-directed the animation which was then projected and filmed inside the building itself during its construction. The actual animation appears after the final edit you’ll see when you press play. Sound design by Super Music Studio.

Animated short with Accept & Proceed for a Nike Women’s Media Summit in New York City. The aim was to highlight and focus on the global success of Nike’s female division. During production I had input on the design and co-directed and built the animation from start to finish. Sound design by Ben Lukas Boysen. Was also great to see it featured on Collate.

The two biggest players in trend forecasting and analysis for the fashion industry, Stylesight and WGSN, merged to deliver their clients an unrivalled mix of creative and analytical expertise. Working with designer Rahel Ritchie at Venturethree we put together this sequence to highlight the strengths of their new partnership. These indents form part of an award winning brand relaunch from Venturethree for what is now Liberty Global. Unitymedia is one of several divisions within the LG brand. I worked initially over many months with Jason Peacock and the team at V3 on the brand transformation then directly for Liberty Global at launch time whom I continue to collaborate with.

I had the pleasure of collaborating with Mike Lemanski on this launch video for Orient Express outlining a new Gift Card offer. The concept starts with a reluctant but curious gift recipient and the question, “What would you do with yours?” then proceeds to travel the globe covering many of their luxury locations, all of which can be visited using the card. This was a great opportunity to work together with Mike on his initial storyboard and bring some beautiful illustrations to life in the process.

Title sequence for a current affairs programme for Saudi TV. Collaborated on the concept and design and was in charge of the compositing and 2D/3D animation.
Iraqi women are typically portrayed as victims in the media. Using a traditional theme of embroidery we began with that image then literally unstitched it to recreate a new, more positive portrayal of women in Iraq. Those featured are all inspirational, instantly recognisable figures.- 0.75

Saudi Television refresh of their flagship football program. Designed by Richard Acton and directed by Ian Humphrey at Turquoise the idea was to bring attention to the focus, movement, precision and power involved in the game. I worked initially on the green screens then mainly on the trails following the players. We didn’t want to rely on plug-ins for the effect so I created and fine tuned some motion trails from the player's movements and used their luminance to reveal some specially shot smoke footage.

TVC for HMV outlining their technology offering at the time. Venturethree were in charge of the design and direction on this one which was part of an ongoing strategy they’d developed for them. The version you see here is minus the final VO and T&C’s. It was all built, textured, lit and animated in Cinema 4D with some additional touches and final composite in After Effects.

An ident to be played leading up to the festival of Ramadan and built around the theme of closure. I partially rebuilt and textured the existing 3D elements before animating the various passes which I then combined in After Effects. I also created the background. A short ident that played 5 times an hour to introduce the weather update on Saudi TV. This job also involved designing 50 or so weather icons that went into their local online system. Mostly 2D work in After Effects with a 3D ribbon from Cinema 4D composited in on the end title hold.
